("EverEdge," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website provides general information about EverEdge and allows visitors to contact us or request a quote. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed without notice.

2. Quote and Service Requests

Submitting a form, calling, texting, or requesting a quote does not create a service agreement and does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, scheduling, or availability. Quotes may depend on property size, condition, access, requested scope, service frequency, travel, materials, and other site-specific factors.

A binding service relationship begins only when EverEdge accepts the work and the parties agree to the applicable written quote, proposal, authorization, or service agreement. If these Terms conflict with an accepted written service agreement, the written service agreement controls for the services covered by it.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and current contact, property, access, and service information. You are responsible for correcting information that changes. EverEdge may decline or revise a request when the information supplied is incomplete, inaccurate, or materially different from actual property conditions.

4. Electronic Communications and Text Messages

By contacting EverEdge electronically, you agree that we may respond by telephone or email regarding your request. We will send text messages only as permitted by applicable consent and messaging requirements.

If you expressly consent to SMS communications, you may receive messages related to quote links, quote status, scheduling, service updates, billing, or customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
